AFAIK there's nothing for Perl but http://mxnet.incubator.apache.org/api/perl/index.html ( https://metacpan.org/pod/AI::MXNet) It's an OK interface, certainly on par with R/Julia/Scala interfaces to the MXNet, but not as all encompassing as the Python interface. Unfortunately to date I remain sole author of the MXNet interface for Perl, so I am not sure that Perl community needs this. I guess Python took over the ML for good.
