I've managed to resuscitate a few curled old negs by soaking them in a running bath of 70 degree water for ten minutes, followed by a minute in photo flo. I then hung them to dry on a clothesline by means of two clips at the top and two more at the bottom to weight each neg down so it would dry straight.
