Okay, I agree there's a lot of redundant info... -Still, It's quite
fun to set up a table like this. I had one partly prepared for a
nikon-using friend of mine who boasts Nikon compatibility and mock at
Pentax... This will show him...:-)

As Bill Casselberry wrote; any lens can be used on any camera; but you
get only the functions supported by both. 

I have set up a table using the Courier font. I suspect it will only
look right with monospaced fonts. 

Functions you get with different lens types, assuming that the camera
supports it:

The MZ/ZX -30 and -50 requires A-, F- or FA-lenses. The table above is
true for these cameras too, if you only look at those lens types. What
the table doesn't show is that you also loose the ability to do
aperture selection manually (ie., use the A, F or FA lens as if it
were an M or K etc.). You can still do it electronically, though.
