Nope. The ME-Super has a typical Pentax viewfinder arrangement of shutter
speeds along the right or left edge, and (as I recall - it's been a while
since I've owned one) partially infringing on into the image area. It's
also a high magnification image with a lower eyepoint. But the Super
Program/Program Plus have a unique (for Pentax) layout with two LCD windows
below the frame on the bottom, with no infringement into the viewing area,
slightly less magnification, and a slightly higher eyepooint. This has
always made more sense to me, because it doesn't require you to move your
eye as far to see the information, and when wearing glasses, you can still
see the information without missing half the photo. It's been WAY TOO LONG
since Pentax has come up with a good viewfinder like the Super Program has,
and from what we've seen, it looks like the new MZ-S might finally be the
one. Although it also has information on the side, at least what you use
most is along the bottom, and it does not infringe upon the viewing area.

Thanks,
Ed
