Not to worry about the big glass. There will be enough of us using Pentax
equipment that you'll be able to borrow some. You'll be welcome to try out
my Meade ETX-90 telescope as a lens at 1450mm, and if you ask real nice,
Doug might even let you shoot a few frames with the 1000mm.
