I've just managed to get back on the list after being away from it for nearly

Just have a few questions about the brand new PDML:
The archives are`no longer available at the old location. How can they be
accessed (hopefully in that wonderful monthly format)? If not currently
available, when might they be?
Is/will PDML be available in Digest format? If so, how and when can I
get it?
My apologies if these questions have already been addressed, but I seem to
be behind the times on this change.
