Odd, I read it here in Oregon at a few minutes after 10AM
my mail program gives local time w/ GMT adjustment notation
as do most. Aaron, using an iMac is surely similar to my
PowerMac 7200 in that regard.
One never knows (unless anylizing headers) just what might
have been the route for any individual message over the 'Net.
Sometimes there is a bottleneck - sometimes not.
