I've noticed that both the 50mm macro lenses and 100mm macro lenses that I've seen have deeply recessed front elements. OTOH, the 200mm macro is constructed along the lines of a more typical lens, with the front element right out in front of the barrel. Is there any optical or mechanical reason for these construction differences? -- Shel Belinkoff mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
