Peter can and will ship outside the UK. He's a good guy -
I've done business with him several times. However, he too
is feeling the "LX pinch", so if anyone wants something from
Peter, don't wait. There are times his delivery from Japan
is slow, and it seems that there are some things he's having
trouble getting.
His trading partner is Yobodoshi (forgive me if I've erred in
spelling, etc), and Yobodoshi will sell direct to consumers
o/side Japan. Language is a bit of a problem, but if you
keep your comments simple and direct, you should do fine.
