I think that it is extremely important that if any one of us finds a site like the 
Lycos one that I pointed out they should make it known on as many photo 
forums as they can address along with a good argument as to why it is 
undesirable. All participants should then be encouraged to put pressure on 
the offending sites to ensure that their URL search bots adhere to the 
appropriate robots exclusion standards and that existing copyright material 
is removed from the site.
