Yes, Metz would serve Mark very well. If he wants a lot of flash
for the buck, he could look for a used 45CT4, get the proper SCA
adapter/converter for it and have a lot of power and
flexibility. Not to mention being able to use it with any
camera you wish with the right SCA adapter/converter. I use my
45CT4 with every camera I own (not including the P&S ones, of
course, no external flash connectors). The 45CT4 has a GN of 45
in meters, 168 in feet at ISO 100. If a guy wants more than
that, there's always the 60CT4. :)
