Actually, pushing means deliberate underexposure--usually, but not
necessarily, accompanied by extended development to help compensate for the
underexposure.
With many films, the ISO speed effectively constitutes a slight push. Also,
keep in mind that many films are not actually ISO rated. These include T-Max
100 and T-Max P3200.
