After 2 months of searching I finally found such a ring.

There are probably more suppliers, but the one I found is made by Heliopan
and is called a 'coupling-ring'. They have several sizes. I picked the 58 -> 55 mm

I have been able to order it through a local dealer here in the Netherlands.
(and actualy found it first in Brenners catalog, a large German mail-order)

I plan to use with a 40mm or 50mm coupled to the A* 200mm macro.
