Greetings! Has any one of you tried to use Pentax FA 50mm f1.7 + 2x Tamron 7 element converter as a medium telephoto lens for traveling. The combination will produce a 100mm f3.4 lens. This Tamron converter produces very little loss of quality but adds two f stops.
