I had another relatively good experience with Pentax USA. I recently
purchased an LX Motor Drive on ebay with the understanding that the
Nicad power pack wouldn't take a charge. (I paid $145.) I sent the Nicad
pack to Pentax USA. They replaced all the batteries for $110, including
shipping. It now works great. That makes my total investment in the
motor drive $255, which I think is a decent price. In any case, I'm
pleased with their service -- for the second consecutive time.
