First, I'd like to thank you all, Bob, Illinois Bill, Bob S.,
Raimo and Fred, for giving me very useful information and
advice.
I went to the store today again, and finally got it for
about US$170 (5% tax was added). The shop gave me a SMC
PENTAX skylight filter as bonus!!
As some have pointed out, it's big and heavy, compared to
A35-70/4. And still, it's well-built, and not plasicky at
all.
I shot about half a roll with 35-105, along with M135/3.5,
on my LX. I only tested telephoto side, and the
performance looks great, even when compared to A50/1.7.
I will try wide side and macro, maybe next weekend.
Again, thank you very much. I feel very happy now.
