If you want 2-1/4x3-1/4 sheet film Iford still makes it.  You
can get it from Freestyle Camera in California, or B&H in NYC. 
Though B&H lists it as special order the price is reasonable. 
Lots easier than playing with scissors in the dark, and safer.
