That's like the little seal on MS software CDs that says by breaking it you agree to their license terms. Last time I encountered one of those I opened the hinged end of the jewel case and extracted the CD without breaking the label :) I wonder if the PC manufacturer would let you take a grinder to cut a big hole in your case and add the RAM, without breaking the sticker (or I guess you could just peel it up and stick it back).
