About 2 frames per second.
Pentax winders (ME, MEII, MX, & LX) will do about 2 fps.
Motor drives are 3.5+ fps.
The Motor A tops out at 3.5 fps (for the Super Program, etc).
The MX and LX motor drives are closer to 5, I believe.
In general, the motor drives are a bit bigger and weighter too.
