Hi Albano Praktisix is an earlier (Nineteen Sixtees) type of Pentacon Six TL (Maunufactured until 1996, I think). I use Pentacon Six TL with two different viewfinders and Carl Zeiss Jena lenses (4.0/50mm, 2.8/80mm and 2.8/120mm) Excellent lenses. The camera has some peculiar "faults": You don't let the leaver slip back fast after advancing the film, you lead it slowly backwards. You never activate the self timer when shutter is not cocked. You never advance the film in several tempi (except when loading) - always use one continous movement. Some cameras suffer from the "overlapping frames disease". The Pentacon (Now makers of Exacta 66 with Schneider lenses) factory (Dresden, Germany) still services these cameras. I got a new viewfinder screen and a shutterspeed adjustment for apr. 100$. The Multi Coated (MC) lenses are of course best. I would go for the latets Pentacon Six TL if I were you. I have some links for you, hope they work. Please feel free to ask for more information. If you are in the market for one look at ebay. A guy named "Cupog" has a lot of P6 stuff up for sale. Jens
