Hi,

Does anybody know if I can use multiple analog Pentax TTL flashes
without the so called distributor? I notised that the Hot Shoe Grip's
operating manual contains a picture of a 4P sync cord running from a camera
to a Hot Shoe Grip (with a flash mounted on top of it). After that there is
a 4P multi-sync cord connected between the Hot Shoe Grip's second 4P port
and another flash(hot shoe grip). Can you do that? If yes, how many flashes
I can chain up this way? They say the distributor handles up to three but is
this the limit of the circuity or just because the distributor has three
ports only. Anyway, I'm no tring to connect 20 flashes here but just ot get
the purpose of the second 4P port of the grip. Are they IN ports only
(having a second one for left-right convenienece only) or are they IN-OUT
ports allowing chaining?

Thx,
I.

P.S. If I had a distributor and a screwdriver I wouldn't ask this.
Unfortunately I have a screwdriver only :))
