In our hockey pool over here I was aiming for dead last (last place gets
$25 on a $10 investment), since there was no way I was going to be
first, and I was in last place by a mile, having picked players in
slumps and players who were holding out for better contracts...but then
Lemieux came back, and I have Hrdina, who is now on Lemieux's line.
And, of course, they're just on fire.
Just my luck, huh? The hockey event of the decade, and I have to be
unhappy about it. :)
