I talked with my local Photo Store guy this morning, he was at the show and
actually held the camera in his hand. I asked him about size, he looked like
he was trying to remember, hadn't paid that much attention. I prompted "did
it feel more like the ZX-5n or the PZ-1p." Like the ZX cameras" he replied.
He then immediately commented that the slanted top makes it easy to get to
the controls, that everything is reachable without awkwardness. And no, he
hadn't seen the grip or a picture of it, and he hasn't received his brochure
yet, and he is expecting "about $900".
I bought the PZ because I thought the MZ-whatever to be too small and light.
I'll reserve judgment until I actually hold (fondle) the MZ-S as to whether
I move from the PZ to the -S. Meanwhile, my LXen and 645 get most of the use
anyway.
