        Nope  --  20x  ;  one inch (shortest side) relative to 20inches

        (if you want to use the linear magnification which is all but
        universal in usage in these things - ie  4x6's, 5x7's, 8x10's etc)

        area is irrelevant because the long side follows the enlargement
        of the short side in direct proportion
