I have found that AF users (myself included on the occassions I
use the MZ-5) have a tendency to compose the picture around the
AF sensor rather than around the subject.

I like the MZ-5 with manual focus lenses. In operation it is
very like the Super Program when used this way, except smaller
and lighter.
Note, my comparison is with the SP and motor drive A  vs. the
MZ-5 with the battery pack FG.

For myself, the PZ-1p is WAY too much camera.
