I do.  The Fuji 1600 HG is only good when compared to the Konica 3200. 
I think that the current limits of high-quality colour neg technology
top out at 800-1000.  If you're trying to match Portra 160, take Fuji's
NHG, which is a lower contrast 800 speed film.  On the other hand, if
you want to shoot Supra 100 and Supra 800, they'd probably be a better
match as a pair of films.
