Hi all,

This week's Amateur Photographer magazine in the UK carries a small article
about the new 24-90 f3.5/4.5. Nothing much that we don't know already, but
it stated:

1) It will be available in the UK "next month"
2) The price will be approx GBP450 (list price?)
3) Pentax UK says that this price reflects the high quality of the optics

For comparison, the Tokina 28-80 f2.8 AT-X Pro has a street price of about
GBP470.

Also of interest, www.the-camera-store.com has the 24-90 listed at GBP439
and the MZ-S body at GBP999. They also present these items as if they're
available now, so I reckon they're just guessing the price.

Hope that's interesting,

Graham
