It was my instinct, Len - but I needed it confirmed (as you see, there was one person who thought "no" - though after my ink jet pictures should not be laminated post who am I to judge ? <g>) I accidentally ran one glossy print through on plain paper setting - I liked the saturation but there was less detail. Anybody do t shirt transfers? The recommended setting is the 360 dip ink jet paper setting which I actually used before checking that it was the "right" one... Anyone experiment with others? I'm reminded again what a great list this is - with so much knowledge - Thanks all of you for once and future posts on the subject. annsan > > >From: Ann Sanfedele <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > >Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > >To: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > >Subject: EPson ink usage for color prints > >Date: Wed, 11 Dec 2002 04:52:46 -0500 > > > >Boy, the matte heavyweight paper gobbles up ink fast - > >Is there any evidence that glassy papers abosorb less ink? > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* > http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
