If all Pentax cameras and lenses were confiscated by aliens or something equally bizarre, I'd opt for the Contax G2 for people and snapshots (maybe Voightlander) and Canon EOS for macro.
However, I'd rather think I was quitting Pentax because something new and incredibly cool came out, and I'd go with whatever that was if it fit into my budget.
