Sorry Peter, didn't see your post! Yes, it seems that is the general consensus. In Av it will not show, but I think I made an error in my last post, I looked at the data, and I didn't take any Tv shots, so I don't know (but I would think) if the f-stop is displayed. It's now wrapped as a gift, so I can't try it out until the 25th!
