Hi All - I have a couple of ideas to photograph christmas lights, and was wondering if there is some magic formula (ie: like 1/iso @ f16 for the moon). I want to try and do this handheld, I really don't want to walk around with my tripod all night. I was thinking of using Portra 400VC, or Fuji Provia 400F.
