No need for that - I think. MZ digital uses the Philips full
24x36mm frame CCD, supposedly less sensitive to digital noise and
chromatic aberrations. Normally any 20 years old K lens should work
well with it.
I suspect optics optimized for digital is nothing but a workaround
for the poor, too small CCDs employed currently in digital cameras.
Once the CCD will be more reliable, with less interference and higher
size and/or density, "digital optics" will become obsolete.
