Grab a copy of the Kodak Color Photo Guide or better yet visit their web
site. After some searching you should be able to get filter recommendations
for film/lighting combinations, if you decide to go with natural light. I
would stay away from the Portra unless you plan to get is souped right away.
It is not very stable unless refridgerated.
Tripod, cable release, etc all necessary for the large print you plan to
make. Also probably an aperture around f/8 or so. You might want to make
some test shots to see what you get before the actuals.
You might want to play with using the medium format camera since it will
give you better enlargements.
