My degree is in journalism, but my minors are behavioral psychology and political philosophy. I'm about three classes away from a degree in each of those, should I choose to finish them, and I did (with permission) begin graduate work in political philosophy. It's been more helpful than I ever thought it would be, although it would be difficult to argue about Pentax from a philosophical viewpoint, like, say -- fascism. :) What I do find amusing is the kids today who are fresh out of college and begin writing politically-based editorials, arguing either a liberal or conservative view, when it's clear they have no real understanding of either.
