You need to pay a little closer attention to the discussion, Bruce. You're conflating two different conversations. The statement was that "music is pure mathematics," which is why we were discussing music. The technique arguments were part of the "rules of composition" discussion. In any event, 'tis better to be thought a fool than to be esteemed an ass. --Mike
