Cesar, last time I bought the 645n (about a year and a half ago) I paid about $1500 at the time. It included body, lens and insert - it was mint condition with boxes/manuals etc.
I sold it about 6 months later - not shooting enough with it and I didn't like the format - for about $1200 - having put through about 20 rolls.
