Portra 160NC doesn't respond well to underexposure. I usually rate it at ISO 100. To my eye, it's underexposed even at 160 and you apparently exposed it as though it was an ISO 200 film. C-41 film generally doesn't respond well to push processing, but in this case I would ask the lab to push it one stop. Overdeveloping the film will bring out some contrast and will provide better results than normal development in this case. Paul Stenquist
