Hello All.
I once owned an f/4.5 constant 80-230, two-touch zoom. As time and finances
grew, I traded the old dog for a new one-touch puppy.
Strangely enough, I can't remember who made the lens and though uncoated,
with its built-on lens hood, it nevertheless took some remarkable photos.
Solid steel, you could drive a ten-penny nail with it. The lens ~must~ have
weighted 3.0+ pounds but by its build quality alone, the old sluggard would
cost $1,000 or more today.
Does anyone make two- touch zooms today?
