I use Softpress Freeway 3.5 which is a WYSIWYG app with an interface that 
Quark users will feel familiar with. It apparently generates very clean 
HTML code - not that it makes a blind bit of difference to me as I know 
little of it.

Anyone on a Mac should give it a go (unfortunately no Windows version). 
Easy to use, powerful, very well supported via the web site.
