Hi Marnie: I would be very surprised if Epson doesn't introduce an A4 size 7 ink ultra-chrome printer in the sub $300 range in the next year or so. The 2200 at $699 is right on the border line for being affordable to the casual hobbyist. I'm thinking of getting one after I replace my old computer.
