Nah, I'm charging $6.00 for "Shipping, handling, postage, packaging, mental anguish, etc." specifically to cover that :) I considered adding more to the "shipping, handling..." list too: "unsightly blemishes, waxy yellow buildup, dry skin, etc., etc." >Put the price of your CD version at $10,000 and then it would work.
