I did my own processing and printing from 1981 until we moved here to Wisconsin in 2000. Right now I have a half-built darkroom in my basement, but unfortunately it is not yet operational. If an when I find a full-time job here in Wisconsin, I will get back to work on it and finish it. It is a small, utilitarian darkroom, 7x9 feet in size, with counters on both sides and a regular kitchen sink on the wet side (I prefer to simply use trays placed on the countertop rather than placed inside a large sink). Aside from being laid out like I prefer, it will be a very simple design. About the only luxuries are an exhaust vent built into the wall above where the trays are, a window, and a small stereo system. --Mike
