There's the MZ-5n and its slightly bigger brother, the MZ-3. The
difference is the -3 had a higher top speed (1/4000), and a different
mirror box construction.

I want to say there was a difference in the flash, too, but that's just my
foggy memory. There probably is not.

Up from that, you can get something like a MZ-6 which works differently,
more like the MZ-50 or an MZ-S, which I can't speak for its operation at
all.

If you're looking to go all manual, there's a heap of older bodies from
Pentax, as well.

I've had mine for.. uhm.. maybe two years now, maybe 18 months.. either
way, its been reliable and troublefree..so far.

In the States, instead of being the MZ-xx, its the ZX-xx (except for teh
MZ-S which is always MZ-S, and the MZ-6 which is the ZX-L in the USA, but
the ZX-6 in Canada...you know, there's no need to present a unified line
to teh world, its not like this internet thing is gonna take off... ;)
