Just for reference: Most of what I shoot is 35mm slide film. I usually pay $7.00-$10.00 per 36-exp roll of film and about $7.00 per roll for processing.
I fully expect to replace my 35mm camera gear with digital eventually, but "eventually" is the key word. I'm hoping to be able to put it off until Pentax comes out with a full-frame DSLR. I expect to keep my 645 gear and stay with film for that, using traditional-darkroom black & white. (I think that when digital really starts to take over there may be a profitable niche market for traditional black & white and, since I started using 645, I just *hate* working with 35mm negatives in the darkroom.) -- Mark Roberts Photography and writing www.robertstech.com
