Peter,
The best I can do is raise a Venetian glass of 1999 O'Premium Bergerac. The
port I save for a special occasion.
I have an excellent rapport with my photo store. I am part of the family
there. I have helped them with sales. I have logged in film for them.
They have no qualms with my going not only behind the counter, but also into
the lab. The owner expects me to go back to see him. I am not sure what I
would do if they disappeared.
On a couple of occasions the clerks have given me some incredible deals -
they just say they need to take care of me. Talk about feeling special.
I can feel your mourning.
I raise my glass,
