Interesting, the file sizes produced by the Olympus E-10 (4MPx) appear on the 
NVRAM as follows:

TIFF 12,072KB
RAW (ORF) 7,437KB
JPEG (min compression) 2.2-2.7KB

The JPEG files are very near to indistinguishable from a tiff shot under the 
same circumstances, quite pleasing as it cuts down the buffer to NVRAM write 
time significantly.
