Good idea Mike.
As someone getting back into B&W shooting AND developing/printing
this type of column would be helpfull.
Some of the things I would find helpfull:
-What happens when you over or under develop in regards to
density,contrast highlights etc.
-What various filters can do for your print
-Techneques on dodge/burn etc.
-Internet links to sites like digitaltruth etc.
-diffrent papers and uses ie:warm paper glossy vs pearl etc

All for now.

Dave

Subject: Idle black-and-white question

I don't suppose many of you read my column in the English magazine
_Black &
White Photography_, but if you're into B&W (even as a beginner), a
question
for you--are there any particular topics you personally might like to
see
covered in such a column?

I was putting together ideas for the Editor today and have been
trying to
think up good topics for future columns.
