I have a quote for such cleaning at about $45 - of course it could turn out
to be more if other things are found.

I've been lurking for quite a while, but now I have a question:
I was recently given a SMC Takumar 85/1.8, which, cosmetically, is in
great condition. However, the optics have been attacked by fungus (one
relatively big spot, and very minor transparent "growths"). Looking
through the viewfinder on my ME, I don't even notice the fungus. So, my
question is this: Is $120 a good price to have it cleaned, or should I
look elsewhere? (As a college student, money is tight.)
