Caught the beginning of "The Bedford Incident" a few nights ago, in which Sidney Poitier plays a photojournalist on board a Navy ship during Cold War maneuvers. Anyway, he shows up with two cameras around his neck -- what look to be a Nikon F and a Spotmatic!
A bit of brand ambivalence I don't think I've ever seen in real life. Perhaps a lucrative double product placement? Cinematic license? The movie looked pretty good, but it was on too late for my aging constitution. Next time I'll rent it...
