Sylwek: Well, there's a rather large difference between a 77mm lens and a 135mm lens, both in focal length (and its effect upon use) and (in this case) in price (where an FA 77/1.8 will cost much, much more than will any of the old (pre-A) K-mount 135's). Heck - for the price of an FA 77/1.8, you could probably but a K 135/2.5, a Takumar bayonet 135/"2.5", a K 135/3.5, ~and~ an M 135/3.5 - <g>. Seriously, though, the difference in focal length (77mm to 135mm) can be significant, especially in portraiture. Fred
